Classes of faults

Here are listed all the classes of faults available in csi. These include a generic fault class (Fault), faults with rectangular patches (static and kinematic), faults with triangular patches, including facet-based (TriangularPatches) or node-based (TriangularTents) formulation for the computation of Green’s functions.
