  New!  fd3d_xy distribution

fd3d_xy solves fault dynamics by finite differences using thin boundary conditions on a flat fault embedded in 3D layered elastic model. Rupture propagation is fully dynamic under the control of the initial stress on the fault and a slip weakening friction law.
